I enjoyed reading your sharing. Thank you. What struck me the most is when you were at the “skills fair” and you caught yourself in a fp that wanted attention by saying something funny and cute. I’ m wondering if the aspect of yourself that wanted attention by doing something funny and cute was loving and the fp that caught you was the fp of judgment or shame that kept you from your love in that moment. Just a thought ….
