First of all I want to thank Gary and Linda for the talk on Intuition on Saturday. I wanted to share my experience with intuition. Recently a memory came up for me that was full of guilt. I tried to experience this memory but found I was totally blocked. The memory faded away and I found myself wondering what to do. Then I listened and watched the video Gary recently posted in the Life School and the light came on! I reread the chapter on Intuition in The Seat of the Soul and did the meditation to approach my Intuition. I got an answer right away. Now I am working on putting that answer into action.
Thanks again for the exact nudge I needed

Hello

I have the intention to end the relationship, but there are financial obligations that have to be met as well as other relationships involved that I don’t want to end. That’s the confusing part. What I changed was I added “when the time is right”. Now I can practice trust and patience.

Hello,

I reread the chapters on intention. I was able to look at an intention that I have in regard to a relationship that I have been in for 20 years. It is a very confusing situation but I found that I don’t want to let go of this intention. I decided to change the intention and in the mean time treat my partner with reverence as best that I can.

Hello,

I am now rereading the Seat of the Soul, I have the tendency to drift off into distractedness when I am trying to focus so I know there are parts of the book that I missed.
I found the drifting off was especially intense during the two chapters on Intentions. Any thoughts on this?

Unfortunately I will not be able to make the gathering in July.

Thanks for caring

I have found myself procrastinating about starting work on creating Authentic Power. I tell myself I’ll do it when I have finished the book and start reading it “seriously”. Aren’t I silly? I can start by setting my intention everyday and choosing positive thoughts over the negative.

I too worry about being overwhelmed by the task in front of me. But I am willing to grow. In fact that is what I wanted for most of my adult life.

Thanks for caring and I look forward to hearing from you again.

Hello Kristen

That’s a good question. I have had for years pain in my solar plexes. I have had an operation to fix it and it did not work. Now I’m beginning to think that it is something related to my negative feelings. Hmmmm. I guess I have some work to do.

How about yourself? I noticed you introduced yourself about 3 months ago in this forum. Where are you in your journey?

Hello

I have always been aware of the chatter in my head but now I’m actually listening to what comments I make without awareness. I guess I am a little shocked at how judgmental I am and how much anger I have. This teaching that I am about to follow is just what I need

Hello, Yes I have the 25th anniversary Edition. I am currently on the Psychology chapter. I like the idea of spiritual psychology. I think doctors have some inkling that there is more than the physical body involved in illness but they are unaware of the soul. It will be exciting to see spiritual psychology be developed and then practiced.
Right now I am practicing following my emotions down to the roots. I have found that I have a distrust of the Universe and thus struggle with wanting to control others. This also involves feeling like I know best. Boy do I have some work to do.

Thanks for responding to my post. Yes I am new to the Life School. I am still in the process of reading the Seat of the Soul. I have been interested in seeking a more aware and responsible life for a number of years. I have read numerous books with this intention.
but the Seat of the Soul is the first one I’ve taken action.

I live in Seattle Washington and have for many years It is so beautiful here it is easy to appreciate our Mother earth. I am retired and am enjoying finding things to explore.

I hope to getting to know you too
