Hello Karen and Doug! Thanks for you’re responses. Since practicing authentic power and paying attention to my emotions and feelings, I have begun to respond from a healthier place. Not always successful, but from what I understand, those fearful parts will get weaker, right? When faced with disrespect and/or anger from my SO, I used to withdraw emotionally and physically. Now, I choose not to react and respond calmly. Not sure where to go from there. I feel the discomfort in my solar plexus….then I,m not sure what to do..
Doug, I would live to attend the sessions in July. There are barriers, but I’m making it my intention!!
