Dear Chad, The support that Ed mentioned is accurate. I am wondering if you have shared with your wife what you are doing to support yourself. Seat of the Soul is a powerful teaching of focusing on what you can learn about yourself. I would love to hear from you. Love, Carol Ann |

Gary mention during the Life School call that “The one you didn’t vote for is more like you.” My first thought was that I didn’t hear Gary correctly. I then made that statement an I statement: “The one I didn’t vote for is more like me.” Immediately, I felt a stabbing pain in my heart and tightness in my throat and solar plexus. I recognize that I have been offered an opportunity to see this person as a mirror for healing fear in me. Thank you Gary for offering me this opportunity. With love, |

Dear Ame-Lia, I look forward to being with you at the Journey. I appreciate your courage and articulation in sharing about the frightened parts of your personality that came into your awareness with your mother. I hear that you are open to challenging the frightened parts of your personality by feeling the pain with the intention to healing it. I have also recognized what you mentioned above “the irony is that it was such a painful experience to indulge the frightened parts and create a disconnection” is what my frightened parts always do when I indulge them. Hi Pam, I appreciate your sharing about what you learned about yourself when you accepted and shared you experiences with the school children. Earlier this month, I created an opportunity to share a meaningful life experience that I had in April. I will share with my church congregation on June 12th and your sharing is supporting me to challenge that frightened part that feels so small that it wants to be invisible. Hi Stephanie, Did you scan your energy centers and notice discomfort or pain in any of your energy centers when you felt like shutting down or people don’t believe you? I am also attending the Journey and am looking forward to meeting and being with you at the event. We will both be given many opportunities to learn about ourselves. I have participated in several Journey’s and I am always offered opportunities to grow my love and challenge fear based parts of my personality. Love, Carol Ann |

I just read what you are learning about Integrity and I am challenging a fp that feels I have nothing to share. On a spiritual partnership (sp) call on Saturday, I was sharing about my neighbor and the connection he feels with me because he feels our conversations are different than his conversations with others. As I was sharing on the call, I mentioned that my intention was to nurture our connection. A spiritual partner supported me by asking if “nurturing” was coming from love or fear. I scanned my body and I immediately recognized that it was coming from fear and that wants to change him so that it feel safe. I felt tightness/burning in my throat, heart and solar plexus. I am grateful for the support that I received. I do remember scanning during our call and I recognize that at that moment I was not. I have been reminded of the importance for me to remain aware of my energy centers by scanning. Love, Carol Ann |

Hi David, Thank you for your sharing on being connected. This morning as I was leaving home with my “To Do” shopping list I added “be in my Integrity” to my list. Sharon, Thank you for sharing about the Journey to the Soul events for you. I also feel that for me my greatest learning about myself happens at these events. I am especially looking forward to our small group excursions in Portland as they provide opportunities for me to deepen my learning about myself in creating authentic power in my everyday life when I return home. Hi Stephanie, I feel you were clear in your sharing of the pain you feel in your body and the thoughts of wanting to shut down when others don’t believe what you are sharing with them. Are there other times in your life when you feel people don’t believe you or that you want to shut down? For me, being with other multi-sensory souls at the Journey and other events Gary and Linda host is the best gift I can give myself. Are you planning to attend the Journey? Love, Carol Ann |

Hi Sundar, I am wondering if you have a fp active that needs a definitive answer? Have you felt your energy centers to see if you are experiencing any pain when you say “who in the nonphysical world comprise the Universe?” I know that I may have a different name for the universal energy than you may have but what if it be the same energy that supports all of us? Sara, thank you for sharing about trusting you intuition. Sometimes my intuition comes as a small voice. I hear it and yet I don’t really hear it. I pass it off and make a choice that is not optimal. Then I recognize what I create from that space. When I do really hear what my intuition says and absorb the depth of it, I create from love. |

I was on the phone this morning with my son. He is experiencing a nudge from the Universe to tweak his career. I am so grateful for the tools that I am learning because I felt I was supportive of him from my heart center. We had the best sharing and he was so open to recognizing that their was a force larger than himself at work. He has never shared with me at this level before. |
