Evolving. My only child died suddenly approx 6 months ago. He was/is a very important part of me (my soul). I am no stranger to grief and loss. I have been an art therapist whose ‘specialty’ in helping others has been with grief, loss and trauma. I find myself in a liminal space now, exploring who I am becoming…how I can help myself to grow in this multisensory experience…and remain connected to my son on the otherside. I dialogue with him often.
