I have accepted that there is nothing that can be done for the past. My future actions are something I can change. My actions all have consequences. If I am choosing from the intention of love, I know that the consequences of my actions are things I can live with. I am responsible for my actions -promoting good consequences or bad consequences. I’m much happier when I choose a loving intention rather than coming from fear.

I don’t think we have total control over the outcome of our intentions. I think there may be other intervening factors that contribute to outcomes.

I think that it s important to go inward rather than outward and react to stressful stimulus. It seems in the past I would automatically react with anger, hurt or whatever. Now I realize that I need to stop and go inward rather than react to the stress or bad commen or whatever had stressed me. That way, I can immediately stop the cycle in its tracks. I can also solve the problem rather than react to it.

I also noticed these same things. Mostly, I’ve seen them on Oprah’s channel. I’m not surprised by this because Oprah is tuned into spirited has been for many years. I’m new at this.

I also saw the Movie, The Shift. Actually I bought it online trough Hay House. I liked it too. I really enjoy Oprah’s Supersoul Sunday shows for the most part. That is where I saw the interview with Gary about Seat of the Soul. I really enjoyed that interview too.
