Hi Rosalind – I have been reading and following Gary since I saw him on an Oprah show about ^ years ago whilst I was living in Egypt – I saw a peaceful balance in him and I thought ‘wait a moment I would love to experience that’ from his books I have been able to work with myself and say ‘Its about learning to evolve you won’t get it right every time and that is perfectly ok because you are a work in progress.’
Peace be with you Aneesh

hey Tiffaney – when I have gone on the ‘forgiveness journey’ – I have either used a photograph of the person or written their name on a nice piece of paper and popped it by my bedside. I didn’t take it down until I could with all love and acceptance kiss the photo/name – knowing that what they did was their best at that moment.
it is a practical approach and for me it really worked well.
A beautiful son for you – how incredibly exciting!!!!!
Peace be with you

Hello Patrice,
How lovely of you to respond to my message – thank you. The universe is certainly changing and has changed so it is a wonderful thing to be able to communicate with others in this change. Would you mind if I asked where you lived ie not a postal address just a country – these things always fascinate me.
Peace be with you – Aneesh

Hi Tiffaney – my favourite quote for forgiveness is ‘Forgiveness is the scent that the violet sheds underneath the heel that has crushed it’ – Mark Twain. When I forgave my mother it released me from a burden that had locked around my soul. I realised that for all my Mum didn’t teach me, she taught me what not to do and therefore I was left with what to do; so because of her I am the Mummy I am today. I don’t know if that helps however I do hear you.
peace be with you,
Aneesh
