I loved Gary on Oprah today….discussing the 25th Anniversary Addition of Seat of the Soul. I watched it with my family Seat of the Soul Study Guide Group and it brought tears to our eyes. I felt Gary shared with such depth and clarity. A True example of Authentic Power.

I learned something about myself. When Gary shared about the accident he and Linda were in, I noticed a FP that feels attached to this Community and to them. They feel like parents to me in a way. A tension in my chest and 6th energy center came and sad thoughts of what if something would have happened to them? I noticed a FP I have that likes to make Gary and Linda responsible for sharing and supporting in the world, so I can hide behind them and not take full responsibility for my authentic power and sharing that with the world. The FP thought is “let them do it and I will trail behind.” My intention is to take full responsibility for sharing my gifts and to do that as part of this amazing community from loving parts of my personality of harmony, cooperation, sharing and reverence for life.
