Dear Cheryl & Roxanne,

I wanted to thank-you for your support during our first call of the APLC. We got cut off, but I wanted to share with you that your questions have helped me to open up to what sensations I’m feeling, and to really allow myself to be present with that. I am being gentle with myself today, and I will not force myself into action (frightened part), but rather, stay with my thoughts and feelings, and ask for guidance from my intuition. Am I being compassionate to myself? I do not know if it was Roxanne or Cheryl that asked this question, but thank-you. It resonates deeply.

Hi Kelly!
So good to be with you on the call! What sensations are you discovering in your body? I am experiencing a shift in challenging a fearful part which feels overwhelmed. I find that my compassion for myself opens my perspective when I have a lot happening, from overwhelm (stuck) to I can do this; what would be most helpful for me to do right now (intuition) and trust that I can learn about myself. Compassion has a big role in the trust for me… compassion that I don’t have to do it perfectly or even right and that I can learn about myself.
