I really enjoyed todays Life School call. I had the opportunity to talk with two new spiritual partners. There was a technical glitch that caused the call to go silent. I had a familiar FPP come up that felt “what did I do wrong?”,”is it just me?”. I immediately recognized it as a FPP. I also recognized a familiar FPP that was “relieved that the call was over…” I am so grateful for the opportunity to further explore my FPP and challenge them by coming on the community board and connecting with spiritual partners. Did anyone else have FPP come up today?

Hi Patrice ,

I enjoyed being on the call with you today. I think it was the first time we were in a small group together. Thank you for asking me what was going on inside me. As I shared on the call I have experiencing Fps that feel not understood not heard and need validation.
I have also been challenging these Fps.
I was talking as the call got dropped or I started to talk and the call got dropped, I,m not sure because I did not notice and I continued to talk. Then when I stopped, there was silence and I said, Is anybody there? I realized that I had been dropped from the call. I had the following thoughts, I’m grateful for this community to have this opportunity to share from my heart, phew they didn’t!t hear that(Fps feels shame). I also saw another familiar Fps that only thought it was me that got dropped, it was my fault. I challenged these by cultivating my loving part that is so grateful and honoured to be a part of this community.

I would also appreciate hearing about others’ experiences about today!s call.
