I feel like the universe has literally given me a big jolt and woken me up from my slumber and made me realise that I’ve been going through life with my eyes half open.

After discovering ‘The Seat of the Soul’ and various other spiritual teachers I find myself here wanting to really uncover more about how I can lead a “more authentic life”.

I am a mum to a three year old and I truly want to become aligned with my soul’s purpose so that I can be a better parent to my beautiful daughter and create a meaningful and empowered life that is fulfilling for both of us.
