Greetings All,

It has been a few years since I was a member of the community. I recently rejoined and look forward to meeting new spiritual partners as well as reconnecting with others from before. I look forward to meeting some of you at the Journey to the Soul in July and to connecting with some of you on the Life School Calls.

I enjoyed reading your post. My intention in joining this group is to get a sense of connection with others who feel this work is important. It is new and not new to me. . I joined because I sense that I pretend I am making progress. But feel that I am still avoiding frightened parts of myself—like I avoid meditation. Yet, I want real change. My hope is that I can make progress as I follow this guidance…. already I feel I am beginning to be more aware of these frightened parts—and their shenanigans…
