When it was brought to my attention that I posted on the Community Board rather than the Private APLC site, I realized that it is familiar for me to have a “missing link”. The “missing link” is not being present in my life because a frightened part of my personality has taking me into my head and the thoughts are elsewhere. My frightened parts are telling me that I need to “train” my mind. My healthy parts know that as I practice being present in my body, I will create responsibly the life that I desire.
