I record Soul Sundays and watch it while I ride my spin bike. Even though I finished my workouts for the day, I was called to ride my bike for some reason and watch a new episode. Gary’s particular episode called me yesterday. Not too much a surprise, this is my life. Yesterday morning I just finished reading Pema Chodron’s book “When Things Fall Apart” and knew in my heart there was another reading coming my way. This is it! Watching the show, spoke to my heart and startled my thinking too. I just broke up with my boyfriend who suffers from drug addiction, but last night it forced me to ask myself what is my addiction? I have never thought of myself to have one. Never did drugs or abuse any substance, but I reckoned I have one as well. I have had a few hard months of life, and despite the challenges I have had some incredible awakenings and acceptance too.All of which humble me and give me such gratitude too. I am ready to start my next depth in learning.

Hello Carina and welcome! How wonderful that you listened to your intuition and saw Gary on Soul Sunday. I also discovered Gary and his message by following my intuition, at a conference several years ago. I have since been learning about authentic power and practicing with the tools that Gary offers us. I hope to connect with you on a call in the near future.

Hello Carina, what a wonderful question you asked yourself about what addiction you may have? I have learned so much about myself from opening up to my addictions. I am excited to be on this journey with you!
