Still working my way back to Florida from the retreat, I stopped at Carlsbad, NM to vist the caverns there. What an experience that was. Breathtaking to say the least but the beauty of nature could not have been seen if it were not for light. During a guided tour, the lights were turned off and it was total darkness. When I look at life through the light of external power, I am looking towards the darkness but when I look through the light of authentic power, the beauty is revealed, just like the cavern. I thought of the term super sight and it occurred to me that in order to have it, the light must come from an authentic not an external power source. When responding to life’s events, I ask myself what is the source of the light for that will determine how I see things and how I react.
