Dear Spiritual Partners,
As I write this, I am challenging many frightened parts. I move tomorrow morning from a home I have loved for the past 22 years and 2 days ago, my Mom was moved to hospice; she is very near making her transition. The Universe is providing me with great opportunities to let go and to trust! I feel the heaviness around my heart, tears filling my eyes and I let them flow. The frightened parts of my personality want me to panic, to get into high drama, to control by having my brother and 4 sisters behave in a certain way, to brush off the pain by using impenetrable optimism. I feel the pain of powerlessness deep in my solar plexus and my heart feels heavy.
On a call with some spiritual partners this morning, I was supported to really feel the pain that is there, with the intention of healing.
My healthy loving parts encourage me to let go of resistance to what is, to allow and to surrender to this moment, exactly as it is.
I often receive guidance and intuition through songs. This morning, as I got out of the shower, the lyrics “Take a load off, Fanny” suddenly popped into my awareness. The Universe saying, “Take a load off, Charonne, and you put the load right on me”!
My heart fills with gratitude for all my spiritual partners and for Gary and Linda in bringing the Spiritual Partnership Guidelines to the world!
