I think I was drawn to this course because I get tired of suffering and knowing/believing that I am, myself, the source of it. So getting in touch with “authentic power” sounds like the medicine I need.

My name is Glori and I just wanted to introduce myself. I started the 7 week course last night. I’ve been in counseling or support groups for over 30 years now. I come from an alcoholic dysfunctional childhood. I’ve learned how to be responsible for myself, actions and feelings but I want to learn to not come from a place of fear which I’m aware I still have a lot of. I think this course will help me. I want to be more comfortable connecting with people. I’m like Nancy, very glad to be here.
