Hi Diane, It sounds to me that a frightened part of your personality is active and attached to your children responding to you in a certain way…and depending on what their response is (or lack of response), will determine how you feel. Your children are not the source of your pain, they are only the trigger of the pain that already exists inside of you. The challenge is bringing the focus back into your body and notice the physical sensations in each of your energy centers, and not engage the thoughts that only fuel the pain….and then decide what is the healthiest thing you can do right now, for yourself, (i.e. take a walk, pay the bills,) whatever that might be for you. Thank you for sharing what is actually going on with you. That too, can be a challenge to the frightened parts that would isolate and, or remain silent. Much Love, Gail

Thank-you, Gladys, for the suggestion. I have done this – sitting with my feelings to understand why I feel the way I do, where it comes from in past situations. What is different, in your suggestion, is to consider what is NOT similar in the current situation, even though similar feelings arise. I will do this and also consult my Intuition AND, a big one for me, release attachment to the Outcome. Thank-you to EVERYONE for their sharing and support this afternoon. This has been a big step for me – to reach out and connect on-line. I do not feel so alone anymore! Wishing all of you a lovely evening and week ahead!

The Universe is supporting me in bringing experiences for me to challenge my need to please when I know that I need to use my courage to be in integrity in the moment. These illusions are clear and powerful and that moment I have my fp that fears rejection( mostly silence/ distance from the other person) vs my knowing that this is an opportunity to do or say what is that I really need to do or say from the most loving place. If I choose fear I put more poison in me, more resentment and anger. If I choose to balance my energy the chains break and my heart opens. Even if the person chooses to emotionally distance themselves from me, I, for the first time feel that I won’t die (fp thought) and my mind would be more peaceful.

Doug, thank you for sharing. Would you like to comment further on finding it more challenging to create authentic power as time goes on? For me, I sometimes notice that setting my intention to create authentic power / to challenge frightened parts of my personality, seems to bring more challenges. Is this what you meant?

Hi brothers and sisters
Just want to share my experience about our Sun chat. I totally got into grips of my f/ps as I did not realize the time it took for us to interaction this call. I was having a hard time looking at t5he community sharing and trying to respond to what was being shared . I made a commitment to be on the call between 3=4 pm but also made a commitment to be with my grandchildren at the local fair-at 430pm . I found myself not being present since time went by very quickly and could not share as I would have like too. I felt my f/PS of being overwhelmed , inferior , perfectionism (not doing it right) which I was having constrictions in my chest and throat and shameful feelings . I was very appreciative of PAM supporting me as a spiritual partner by asking me describe- what i was feeling and when I did she ask me if it was my F/Ps that were talking or I was talking from about my F/Ps. In retrospect I believe it was my F/PS that i was talking from .I am grateful for PAM’s sharing to bring this to my awareness I later went back to read everyone’s sharing and and was please to see the support that was being given. I have set my intention to be more present on future sharing s
I would like to comment on Souls statement of “If I choose fear I put more poison in me” sounds like a judgment to me and could see it as your Teacher
