I have been reading a sharing Gary’s book, Seat of the Soul for about 2 years. His teachings make the most sense to me, than any religions out there. My heart is extremely heavy with pain, my 28 year old son has been struggling and spiraling downward from social anxiety witch has lead to depression and alcoholism. This is very heartbreaking for me. I realize he has to stop alcohol, otherwise he will never crawl out of this torment that he is living in. I am here for him.
