Hello, by way of introduction, My name is Manuela, I presently live in California. I tend to be a reclusive and I have a deep desire to learn to connect with myself and others.

Hello Manuela and Squirrelbait… Welcome. My experience with what I learn from practicing creating authentic power in my life is a clearer understanding of what it means to be connected. How it feels, noticing when I am not connected and what I can learn about myself and to challenge that frightened part of my personality and connect. It brings this entire process into my awareness so I can cultivate connection, love and joy with others. I am excited to hear what you experience.
