I’m Trudy and I’ve recently joined Life School after watching Gary on Super Soul Sunday. I have also purchased The Heart of the Soul and listened to it twice, so far! Paying more attention to my emotions and thoughts is proving to be extremely powerful and insightful. I’m becoming more aware of a lot of frightened parts of my personality, one is showing up right now and is trying to stop me from authentically introducing myself with any depth and vulnerability! I’m pushing through. It’s great to be here

Hi Trudy. Welcome to the Life School and Community Forum! I invite you to share what you felt in your energy centers when you noticed a frightened part that you felt was trying to stop you from being authentic when introducing yourself. Did you notice any thoughts that were present when the frightened part came up? I have been learning to notice when I have thoughts that I recognize are from fear. This has been very helpful for me in letting go of frightened parts thoughts and not letting myself continue to follow them with my mind. It has been helpful for me to focus on what I am feeling in my body as a way to let go of fps thoughts. I look forward to continued sharing with you here on the Life School forum.
