Excited for the knowledge and love shared so wonderfully through Gary and Linda. I first read Seat of the Soul about 10 years ago and quite honestly “didn’t get it”….I kept the book and somehow it jumped off the shelf again to be read a few years later…this time with great hunger for the information. Timing is everything. Loving the journey of life and learning to experience this multidimensional state more and more. I also do quite a bit of Heartmath breathwork with their biofeedback type unit they offer. It has helped immensely with paying attention to my thoughts and feelings and taking responsibility to choose a higher vibrational thought or feeling….
