Hello Patty, and welcome! I feel energized by your enthusiasm.
What does growing mean for you? For me, it is about becoming more aware of my emotions and learning to choose my words and actions with as much consciousness as possible so that I act out of love rather than fear. I feel grateful for the tools I have received and am learning to use.
