My name is Kara and I live along the front range of the Rockies in Colorado. I have been following the teachings of Gary through the Oprah Winfrey show for many years. I have been following an awakening spiritual path for the last 20 years but I had never actually read the book. Oprah had Gary on to celebrate the 25th Anniversary edition of the Seat of the Soul on Soul Sunday and I happened to be listening that day. The nudge that I got that morning was that this is a next step in my spiritual path. I have also been meditating with Oprah and Deepak Chopra for the past 9 months which have been a good introduction to the depth of work of this group and the paths you are also following. I am excited to join such a group of seekers.
