I just started the Spiritual Partners course today ! I am trying to fight an addiction and going to Church just isnt helping ! To many contradictions. I need to understand why I am doing what I do and figure out how it has control of me so I can get over it and move on to a more enjoyable peaceful life ! So I am here to find the answers ……..

I too have been healing from an addiction for many years. It is the hardest work I have ever done in my life. For whatever reason this is what I have been born to heal. My journey has not been an easy one. But struggling to heal is definitely less painful than the painful consequences of constantly giving in to my addiction.

Thank you for the response ! It is definatly a work in process. I don’t know if I will ever win the battle. Im not so sure that the painful consequences are even a close match to the addiction yet. I have to come up with another aproach !
