Hello all,

My name is Reginald Akingbade.

It is always a pleasure being surrounded by like minded individuals. I started my journey to enlightenment roughly 7 months ago after stumbling across “The Power of Now” by Eckart Tolle and it has been the most amazing 7 months of my entire life.

Anyway, I’m glad and excited to be here πŸ™‚

Welcome, Reginald. I would love to hear about what resonates most with you with regard to the Seat of the Soul Life School.

Hello Sharon,

I’m yet to read the book. But so far having the Commitment for Spiritual Growth resonates with me the most because that is the phase i’m in. Learning about myself, becoming aware about my intentions, witnessing my thoughts and feeling my emotions.

How are you?

Posted 9 years ago

Reginald, I am doing well. I feel the same way about becoming aware of my emotions and actions and doing my best to come from love at all times.

There will be a Life School group conference call this weekend. Are you planning to join that?

Posted 9 years ago

I would love to do so. When is it?

Posted 9 years ago

It is this Saturday at 9:00 a.m. pacific. I believe you will get an e-mail with call in information.

Hi there. My name is Mohamed, I had history of depression.but after six months ago. I started to look at spirituality from different side.and to look for myself rather than waiting for someone else to look for me…. It was great journey .

Hello Mohamed,

Thank you for your sharing. I appreciate your commitment to your spiritual growth and to learn as much as you can about your journey here. Learning about my emotions and their meaning has been the most powerful decision I have made in my life. It has helped me to learn about Frightened Parts and their agenda and that I had a choice to enable them or not. I could actually choose Love during these moments when I felt so triggered and it slowly began to change my life to a much more joyous one now.
With Love,
Steve

Hi Mohamed and Steve, I appreciate both your comments. I also have a deep commitment to my spiritual growth and that gives me a lot of hope too. This decision to the spiritual path has helped me to look at my personality and my soul. The call this morning was very powerful about acceptance and tolerance. I am experiencing more joy in my life. With love, Joan

Thank you all. When I went into this path I started to challenge a lot of concepts and what I thought to be truth and real…. I was surprised

Hello Reginald, Mohamed, Steve, and Joan! I am so glad to meet you here and to share discoveries. A few years ago, I didn’t know much about frightened parts and their agendas. I’ve been learning about myself, also learning how to challenge those frightened parts, how to choose love rather than act unconsciously and often destructively.
Joan, I also enjoyed the call yesterday. I realize how often I just tolerate a situation with frightened parts of judgment rather than accept it with an open heart. For instance, one of my default reactions is to go into learned politeness when someone that my fps aren’t interested in talks to me for longer than they would wish. If I become aware of this fp mode of politeness, which is filled with judgment and impatience, I can switch to a loving perception and see that person as a soul, just like me, from my soul. Recognizing others as souls is powerful and empowering. Every call with Gary and Linda has supported me in learning about myself and creating authentic power.
With love, Catherine
