EGO and personalties – is it the same thing? I have read a lot of Eckhart and he talks about letting the thoughts pass and know that is not who you are. You are your soul, which Gary talks about too & we all know. I see the extreme importance of feeling the sensations and pain to release, than change how you react or what you do. Gary makes some beautiful points. Is Gary’s teaching the way to not being effected by thoughts?
