As I create authentic power, I am noticing that I have more compassion for myself. And for others as well. The two seem to work together… What I do to others, I do to myself. Recently when I was sharing about compassion in a small break-out group, equality came to my mind. I realized that I now come from a place of equality more often than from familiar superiority or inferiority. And those two, compassion and equality, also seems to work together. When I come from a place of equality, compassion feels so natural.
