They say that when you publicly declare what you want to do, you are more likely to do something, especially if it is difficult. I wonder if others in the community would like to join me in saying what they would like to work on that week.

For me, this week, I want to focus entirely on what I am thinking, feeling. No judgment, no criticism, no blaming f others. If someone or something someone does bothers me, I will ask myself what about me invited this person into my life. What gift do they have for my learning.

Hoping others will join me, or if I disappear, remind me that I set myself this challenge, so what up?
