Hello and welcome, Cassandra! Thank you for connecting with us. I haven’t been very active on the forum since returning from the Journey this summer, so I just found your post. I sometimes let myself be impressed by frightened parts of my personality that feel overwhelmed–too much to do, etc. I feel grateful for the opportunity to challenge these frightened parts by connecting with you and others on the forum.
