I am new. In many ways this is the beginning for my new life as a Spiritual being.
I have been a private person all my life. Highly Sensitive, shy, withdrawn, complicated
and different. I begin Meditating with Deepak Chopra and Oprah in November 2013.
Now I am here in the Earth Class sharing my life with others.

That’s exciting, Frances – welcome! I began using Oprah and Deepak’s meditations quite recently (having never meditated before) and it’s been a wonderful, enlightening experience for me.

I also find the Deepak meditations very easy to use and rewarding. I hope your new life as a spiritual being is filled with light and love.
