Here are answers to the most common technical questions we receive about the online Community. They will show you how to move around within the Community and gain the most from it. If your question is not answered here, please email it to courseadmin@seatofthesoul.com.

 
How do I log in?

• Click Log In on the top menu bar.
• Type in your username and password (your Community username and password may be different from your Course username and password).
• Click Log In

• Log in
• Click the Topic you want to reply to OR click a link under Most Recent Comments on the Community Home page.
• Go to the bottom of the page
• Type in your reply
• Check the “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” box if you want to be notified by email when someone replies to you.
• Click Submit

• Log in
• Click the Category that interests you.
• Click “Start a new topic” on the right of the blue bar
• Enter the title of your Topic
• Write a brief description of your Topic
• Click “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” box if you want to be notified by email when someone comments in your topic.
• Click Submit

• Log in
• Click My Account in the top menu bar
• Click Profile/Change Avatar and follow the directions. You can post a photo or any image to represent you.

• Click Profile/Edit

• Log in
• Click My Account in the top menu bar
• Click Profile/Edit

• Click Settings
• Enter your current password
• Enter your new password
• Enter your new password again
• Click Save Changes

• Click Log in
• Click “Forgot your password?”
• Enter your username or email address
• Click Get New Password
• You will receive an email with instructions

• Click Settings
• Enter your current password
• Enter your new email address
• Click Save Changes

• Inactive and little-used Topics are removed every few months.
